We’re now firmly into the month of July and I thought it was about time I did another quick summary of what’s up here at the Flowerpot. So read on to see what we’re up to …
As some of you may already be aware, we’ve released the first alpha version of our 3D Tower Defense game – Canyon of Desolation.
Initial feedback has been good and Fish and Llarlen are busy incorporating some of your suggestions into the next build. You can read more about what will most likely be in the next CoD alpha build version here.
In SoN news, look here in the near future for the posts on the remaining two starting races – The Dwarves and the Grakl. Once those are done, we may tease you even further with some NPC races and stories, as well as some lore in the form of artifacts.
We’re also contemplating some reworking of the main FPG web site. Mostly to separate the SoN info from FPG. CoD will be released before SON and we feel FPG should have its own identity and web site.
And just to give you a little glimpse, here’s a sneak peek at the new FPG logo (many thanks to Ryoken for working it up)

good to hear. we’re waiting patiently and stoked to see the last two races… gotta say I’m thinking Human based on what i know of the races so far
yeah .. we’ve been a little distracted with CoD
We’re hoping the history of the humans and their switching sides in the last shadow War will make them interesting to play. It opens up a lot of cool story lines and quests.
