With the Thanksgiving Holiday only a week away, I thought I’d share with you all one of my favorite cookie recipes. These aren’t as good as pr0v’s super awesome cookies, but they’re still good.
I found this recipe in some magazine last year or the year before. I don’t remember which one or I’d give credit.
Yummy Chocolate Balls
3 eggs
1.5 cups granulated sugar
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
Powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Combine eggs, sugar, melted chocolate, oil, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Mix in the flower a little at a time until it’s all combined. The mix turns into a thick, sticky clump and you’ll probably need to switch from a mixer to doing it by hand.
- Cover the dough and chill for at least 2 hours. you want it nice and firm.
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet (or use parchment paper or a silicone mat)
- Put the powder sugar in a small bowl
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls; roll the balls in the powdered sugar (you want a good coating); place the balls 1-inch apart on the cookie sheet
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are set and the tops are dry.
- Transfer the balls to a wire rack to cool

I certainly hope that SoN has a better chance of being out than a certain expansion of a certain other game! (AHEM!!!)
We know what it’s like to wait for a game (or expansion) that never comes .. that’s why we would never string people along with empty promises of a release.
We’re still working on SoN as fast as we’re able to with the resources we have available to us.
If we could work faster, we would.
But we also don’t want to release crap .. so it’ll be released when it’s ready
Ok, I am just looking forward to a fun new game.
you and me both
